How we work

Five stages, and a deliverable at each one

We work to a written plan for each branch that sets out who does what, and when. At the end of each stage, the school receives a deliverable it can see and review.

Every school’s path with us

  1. Stage 1

    Diagnostic

    2 to 3 weeks
A full-day site visit with interviews, classroom observation and a tour of the facilities, plus a review of documents and data. The report reaches you within 10 days of the visit, and we present it in a meeting with the school’s leadership.

  2. Stage 2

    Readiness plan

    Start of the programme
We turn the diagnostic result into a dated plan: gaps ranked by impact, with an owner and a date for each task. The school forms a readiness committee that we work with and that learns to work with evidence.

DeliverableA gap-closing plan, and a trained readiness committee

  3. Stage 3

    Evidence file

    Throughout the programme
With the committee, we build an evidence file for each of the six domains and a card for each standard, and review the plan with them every month.

DeliverableAn organized evidence file for each domain

  4. Stage 4

    Mock assessment

    End of the programme
Before the official date, we visit the branch to simulate the work of the technical committees and deliver a report on what remains, so the school can address it before the assessment.

  5. Stage 5

    Follow-up

    Throughout the classification cycle
After the assessment, the school stays ready: we meet the readiness committee every month, update the evidence every term, and tell you about any new instructions.

Our rules in every school

  1. A whole team on every school

No consultant takes on a school alone. The whole team works on every school and reviews everything we deliver before it reaches you.

  2. A written plan before we start

Every branch has a plan setting out who does what, and when, and you see it before we begin.

  3. Evidence before opinion

Every judgement in our reports is linked to evidence, and every domain has its evidence file.

  4. An honest assessment

We tell you where the branch really stands, even when it is not what you expect.

  5. No promises of a category or an accreditation

The category is set by the Ministry, and an accreditation is granted by its body. Our role is to make sure you arrive ready.

  6. Confidentiality and data protection

We work in line with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, and we do not collect personal data that identifies students.

  7. Independence, with no conflicts of interest

We are not affiliated with the Ministry or any accrediting body, and no member of our team sits on committees that assess a school we work with.

The school’s role

  • A readiness committee from the school to work with us, chosen by the principal
  • Access to the documents, records and data we need
  • Time for interviews and classroom observation on visit days
  • One contact person for dates and documents

Start with a readiness diagnostic

Within 10 days of the visit, you will know where your branch stands in every domain, and what would move it up.
