Four services, all starting with a diagnostic

We work with each licensed branch separately, because each branch is classified on its own. We start with a diagnostic to see where the branch stands, then choose the path with you: national classification, an international accreditation, or both.

  • Readiness diagnostic

    2 to 3 weeks

    We find out where the branch stands today in every domain, before the Ministry measures it.

    • A full-day site visit
    • The branch’s result in each of the six domains
    • The 10 main gaps, and quick wins for the next 3 months

    A report within 10 days of the visit, and a meeting to present it

  • Classification readiness programme

    About 5 months

    We take the branch from its diagnostic result to a file ready for assessment.

    • A readiness committee trained to work with evidence
    • An organized evidence file for each domain, and a card for each standard
    • A full mock assessment that simulates the work of the technical committees

  • Accreditation preparation

    6 months to 3 years

    We prepare the school for the accreditation it chooses, up to the awarding body’s visit.

    • A gap analysis against the body’s standards
    • Support with the self-study and the required documents
    • A mock visit before the body’s visit

    12 months, renewing each year

    The school stays ready throughout the classification cycle.

A written proposal before you sign

We price each service as a fixed package per branch, based on the scope of work. After the diagnostic we send a written proposal with the duration, deliverables and cost, so you know everything before you sign.

What we need from the school

  • A readiness committee from the school to work with us, chosen by the principal
  • Access to the documents, records and data we need
  • Time for interviews and classroom observation on visit days
  • One contact person for dates and documents

What we do not promise

We prepare the school carefully and stay with it up to the assessment, but the category is set by the Ministry, and an accreditation is granted by its body alone.
