Who it suits

Every licensed branch preparing for classification, and every school considering an international accreditation that wants to know the distance before it begins.

What the service includes

  1. A full-day site visit

Interviews with leadership and teachers, classroom observation, and a tour of the facilities.

  2. A review of documents and data

Policies, plans, records and student results, as they stand today.

  3. An evidence-based estimate for each domain

We estimate the branch’s position in each of the six domains, and link every judgement to evidence.

What the school receives

  • The branch’s result in each of the six domains
  • The 10 main gaps
  • Quick wins that can be achieved within 3 months
  • A meeting with the school’s leadership to present and discuss the report

After the diagnostic, we send you a written proposal for the next step: the readiness programme, accreditation preparation, or both.

The report is for the school alone, and we share it with no one outside the working team.
